1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket sales and event participation organized by Beskar Bookings & MGMT, part of Major Music Group. By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.
2. Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and venue indicated.
Admission will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket with an active barcode.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, illness, travel issues, or financial difficulties.
Refunds will only be issued if the Organizer cancels the event in its entirety.
In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date; no refunds will be given.
4. Ticket Resale via TicketSwap
Buyers unable to attend are encouraged to use TicketSwap, the Organizer’s official resale partner.
Tickets resold through TicketSwap will have their barcode automatically renewed, ensuring validity and preventing fraud.
The Organizer is not responsible for arranging resale or finding replacement buyers.
5. Conduct and Admission
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove participants who behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner, without refund.
Attendees must comply with venue rules and local regulations.
6. Liability
Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.
The Organizer accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property, unless caused by gross negligence or intent by the Organizer.
7. Data Protection
Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s privacy policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be exclusively handled by the competent courts in Antwerp, Belgium.
